The HPA's Risk Adjustment Peer Group and Coding Work Group are helping us pilot a new peer-to-peer learning platform called Braindate Everyday. All RA peer group calls and a significant portion of the Coding work group curriculum will be hosted on the Braindate Everyday Platform in 2023. Today's discussion with learning experts from Braindate is an important first step to ensure these peer group members are ready for a phenomenal year of learning and connection making.

We encourage all Risk Adjustment peer group members and Coding Work Group members to join us as we cover both the "hard" and "soft" skills you'll need for success:

The "Hard" skills:

A quick tour of Braindate Everyday tool and rapid fire Q&A on the tech elements
The different connection options: Fishbowls, Small Groups, One-on-Ones and more
Setting your availability: Navigating the calendar issue with vs without integration

The "Soft" skills:

Moving beyond networking: How to facilitate meaningful conversations with your peers
Matching the right Braindate format with your goals for the conversation: Things to consider
Being prepared to call upon others, and to be called upon: What engagement looks like

Audience

Active members of the Risk Adjustment peer group and the Coding Work Group supporting the HPA's pilot test of the Braindate Everyday platform. In addition, executive leaders, managers, and team members with responsibility for risk adjustment a/or RA coding interested in getting engaged with these peer groups for the first time are encourage to join us!
