Session description: 

Alliance member health plans and their provider partners are invited to join us for an open discussion on HEDIS/RA records management   Please come prepared to share your insights on the topic.   

1. Do you use a software to track requests/retrieved records? (if so, what is it?)

2. Do you merge Risk Adjustment and HEDIS medical record request activities to reduce provider abrasion?

3. If you have access to an EMR system for some providers, but not others, how do you ensure you exclude EMR providers from the request process?
