Health Plan Alliance adds three new companies to its Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)

IRVING, Texas, Jan 29, 2018 – The Health Plan Alliance, a national organization for provider-sponsored and independently-owned health plan collaboration, today announced the addition of three new companies to its Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). The companies are Simplify Healthcare, Stonegate Advisors and The Phia Group.

“With the addition of these three new organizations to the Alliance’s GPO, this brings number of companies participating in our GPO to 19,” said Jaime González, Alliance chief business development officer. “These three new companies diversify our GPO product and service portfolio and provide an expanded array of offerings, value-added services and discounts for our members.” 

A webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, February 28, 2018, 11:00 a.m. – Noon CST to give Alliance members the opportunity to meet the executives from each of the new GPO companies. Participants will also learn about the new discounts, savings and value-added programs they now have access to through these organizations.

Simplify Healthcare
Simplify Healthcare offers its flagship product “eBenefitSync,” an advanced benefit plan management and product configuration solution which provide a single source of truth for all benefits data. The product is Facets ready, integrates with Salesforce and helps in regulatory compliance with automated generation of SBC, EOC, Benefit Matrices, ANOC, and Medicare documents etc.

Stonegate Advisors 
Stonegate Advisors provides market intelligence, data solutions, and other customizable software products to companies within or serving the health care industry. Its GPO offering focuses primarily on its product, STAMP: a hosted, turnkey solution to help identify what is most important to customers and assesses how well a health plan or vendor is delivering against these needs. It also provides a series of scorecards to measure performance and take action. 

The Phia Group 
The Phia Group is an experienced firm that provides an array of services. Its GPO offerings include health care cost containment techniques, comprehensive consulting services, legal expertise, plan document drafting, subrogation and overpayment recovery, claim negotiation, and plan defense designed to control costs and protect plan assets.
