Through a white-labeled enterprise solution, we engage and educate members digitally, addressing the evolving needs of families from fertility to pregnancy, pediatrics and beyond. Our proven platform improves maternal-child health outcomes by using digital tools to engage members and prompt action, providing clinically-vetted health education, continuously monitoring risk through remote monitoring devices and data analytics, and making appropriate connections to the right care resources at the right time.
Wildflower has developed an OB VBC program, where we help to align Payer / Provider incentives and equip our health plan partners with the services and tools necessary to thrive in sustainable OB Bundles.
