Our first session on March 2nd welcomes back to the stage Melissa Smith, Executive VP, Consulting and Professional Services with HealthMine. Melissa explains how to thread the needle when it comes to stitching together bid design, Stars program goals, and MLR priorities. She offers a different way of doing the calculus when designing your bid, which can lead to surprising discoveries when it comes to finalizing what goes into your bid, and therefore what also needs to go into your budget, so you can deliver. Together, we'll explore:

Ways to use member engagement levels and data
Stars performance on current and future measures
MLR at the member-level and provider-level
Regulatory flexibilities now available in MA to better identify desirable benefit enhancements
