In response to interest expressed in a recent discussion forum post, we have scheduled this planning call to determine how to approach benchmarking for FWA metrics. If you are interested in benefitting from the benchmarking results your attendance is needed. Come prepared to share your thoughts on the metrics that would be most valuable and how you currently define them. We want to ensure we are including all perspectives.

During this call we will discuss:

 

  • Identifying the metrics
  • Creating standard definitions
  • Developing the survey
  • Collecting the data
  • Timing and project management

Audience

Those in charge of their organization's Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) and SIU functions, As well as those involved in claims, legal, and financial areas, will find this webinar beneficial.
