Alliance member health plans initiated this first of its kind benchmarking survey on all things FWA and SIU. In this session, you will hear the results and compare your plan to others and learn best practices and innovative approaches. 

The survey covers a latitude of topics:

 

  • FWA organizational and reporting structure
  • Staffing, FTE ratios, roles, and responsibilities
  • Processes, analytics, and reporting
  • Recovery methods, metrics, and goals
  • Use of committees and workgroups
  • Use of vendors to support FWA efforts

Audience

Those involved in FWA and SIU and provider relations will find this session insightful. Also, those in finance, legal, compliance are encouraged to attend.
