Alliance member plans are scrambling to comply with the new CMS rule related to providing rapid COVID testing. Discussion forum threads are flying related to claims, mail-order, and more. The Alliance is hosting a roundtable discussion to provide a forum for members to explore:

  • How Alliance members are standing up claims processes to meet this requirement
  • P&Ps plans are developing to support their member-facing staff
  • Messaging and support that health plans are developing for providers and other partners

We’ll also explore potential group purchasing or other aggregation support the Alliance can provide to help you meet this requirement. The Alliance team is doing early research on this possibility and need to determine execution requirements and interest in pursuing such an option on a quick timeline.
