WHAT WILL WE COVER DURING THIS LEARNING SESSION?
On August 23rd we kick off our 2-part Learning Cycle 4: Supplemental benefit ideas to consider – Dealer’s choice. Today’s session features an in-depth exploration of the landscape: What surprising supplemental benefit offerings are widening the gap in terms of market share gains, quality performance, and member satisfaction and retention? The lecture is provided by the MASBC faculty from Faegre Drinker and Wakely Consulting. This comprehensive lecture provides important context to support ongoing discussions and will focus on the following learning objectives:

  • State of play regarding some surprising supplemental benefits: National trends, the different ways these benefit are being offered, and the impact we’re seeing so far
  • The most prominent vendor players in the space
  • What we know so far about utilization trends
  • Connecting these unexpected supplemental benefits to outcomes: Satisfaction, adherence and more
