WHAT WILL WE COVER DURING THIS LEARNING SESSION?
On September 13th we wrap up our 2-part Learning Cycle 5: Raising the Table Stakes in MA Supplemental Benefits. Today’s session features an expert panel whose members will dig deeper into the stickiest issues we uncovered in part 1 of this learning cycle. The panel will come prepared to share their perspectives on timely issues, but we also strongly encourage the audience to come with questions and discussion prompts of their own. Take advantage of this opportunity to lean in while our line-up of experts shares their perspective, observations, and predictions regarding MA. We will focus on the following learning objectives:

  • Why some plans shine when it comes to these benefits … and why others just don’t. Lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid
  • Making the most of these offerings when it comes to delighting your members (and your providers, too)
  • Threading the needle from benefit design to member experience
  • Considerations when choosing your vendor partners: Pros and cons when considering different models

THE CALL'S AGENDA:

11:00 AM CENTRAL: Welcome! Kick off with Kristin Rodriguez

11:05 AM CENTRAL: Lecture from Faegre Drinker and Wakely Consulting

11:50 AM CENTRAL: Q&A, Exit Survey

12:00 PM CENTRAL: Call adjourns
