Join your Alliance peers for this webinar presentation and roundtable discussion focused on the March 6th release of the House's first draft of the ACA Repeal-Replace legislation, "The American Health Care Act" (AHCA). The presentation and discussion will be led by John Steele, Managing Partner at HealthScape and Eric Klein of Sheppard Mullin. Discussion will address:
- Review critical points from the legislation, including significant similarities and differences to ACA
- Discuss potential preliminary impact of the legislation on certain population segments currently covered by the ACA
- Review initial feedback and regulatory/legislative next steps
- Discuss implications for health plans
