Overview

During this roundtable discussion, Sara Gardner-Smith, Program Manager, Medicare Stars and the team from Providence Health Plans will share an overview of how Providence Health Plans has structured themselves operationally to address the integration of STARS program management across multiple departments within their plan.  This will serve as a launching pad for further discussion with the group, so please come prepared to discuss your thoughts on the following and share your own experiences and lessons learned with your peers! 

  • How do we ensure broad oversight in addition to subject matter expertise?
  • How can we include all stakeholders across the Star Ratings program spectrum?
  • What can we do to achieve integration, collaboration, and accountability across teams beyond quality?

 

Audience

Teams involved with STARS program management, pharmacy management,quality management, operations, customer service, medical management and any others interested in the topic are encouraged to participate. This event is hosted on our Readytalk platform.
