Vendor Spotlight Host: American Well
This vendor spotlight is hosted on our ReadyTalk platform

WEA Trust, a not-for-profit health plan based in Madison, Wisconsin, was facing two main issues while trying to serve its members:

Delayed Care: For any health plan member, it can be hard to find the time and resources to seek appropriate care. When needed care is delayed, it can often lead to exacerbated health issues and even more complications for the member.

Mental Health Access Issues:
Wisconsin has a high prevalence of mental illness, and it’s estimated that 50 percent of adults with mental illness in Wisconsin do not have access to treatment.

During the webinar, Jasmine Rogness, product management specialist at WEA Trust, will discuss how WEA Trust addressed these issues through telehealth, and how telehealth offered its members affordable, convenient care while saving the health plan an estimated $1.7 million in healthcare costs.

Learn how WEA Trust:
  • Saved $1.7 million in healthcare costs through telehealth
  • Expanded behavioral health access to members in underserved areas
  • Structured the benefit for long-term success and growth
  • Marketed and incentivized the telehealth benefit
