The Health Plan Alliance is truly unique. We are a powerful network of health plans from across the country that don't compete with one another in their markets. That means, as a member, you have access to more than 4,000 health plan professionals and industry experts who can help you with any challenge, big or small.

Join us along with special Alliance member guest, Jessica Dupont, Director of Risk Adjustment at Health New England. In this session, Jessica will share how she has found success in utilizing the Alliance Discussion Forum and other helpful tips and benefits of Alliance membership.

The Alliance discussion forum is one of our members' favorite tools for real-time collaboration. The discussion forum provides you a direct connection to your peers in the Alliance network. Post a question or share information and receive feedback from the Alliance network in real-time. You can also search past discussions to see what has already been shared.

During orientation we'll cover:
• Who is in the Alliance network
• Resources and tools to keep you informed
• Tips for success: discussion forum, directories, knowledge center, participating in programming and leveraging the Alliance team for strategic support

• An in-depth overview of the Discussion Forum so you can start sharing and problem-solving with your peers today. In this session you will learn how to search for discussions, opt-in to discussion forum emails and decide which emails you want to receive, and post and reply to discussions
