Many of you recently expressed interest on the Alliance discussion forum in learning about centralized retrieval and storage processes for medical records that others have implemented in their organization. During this webinar, you will hear from Todd Gibson, Risk Adjustment Compliance and Medical Record Integrity Lead at Geisinger Health Plan who will share an overview of the successful HIE/medical record centralization strategy implemented at Geisinger followed by open discussion among the attendees. While this function is typically shared between many different departments, each with their own staff, tools and vendors in use, we’re interested learning how others in addition to Geisinger may be addressing this challenge. So, plan to come prepared to share the work that you are doing in this space!
