NCQA sets and regularly updates its standards for HEDIS measures and its NCQA Accreditation program. Join your peers for an overview of final changes for 2020 Health Plan Accreditation. During this call, Karen Comes, RN, Senior Clinical Consultant with Gorman Health Group will share an overview of the changes and facilitate a discussion regarding the potential implications for your plan as it relates to the revised standards. She will also share recommendations for your plan to consider as you explore the need to refine your internal processes to meet the standards.
