Examples of some of the specific questions we'll explore together:

Where are plans inserting supp benefits into the EOC besides the benefit chart in Chapter 4? Are you including vendor appeals/grievances language in that chapter? Are you adding terms to the Definitions chapter?
How are plans featuring non-traditional Supp Benefits on their EOBs? Are you showing that a member has used 4 or 8 allowed transportation rides? Are you including fitness usage on the EOB?
