Gorman Health Group’s Melissa Smith presents the Annual Health Plan Alliance member Star Ratings report card. During this 90 minute session, learn how Alliance member health plans' performance compares to the national average (Part C & Part D). Plus, Melissa Smith identifies key areas of strength and weaknesses, and presents an overview of the Alliance member plans comparative report.

The actual report will be distributed to you prior to the webinar and will also be accessible on the Alliance online knowledge center. Gorman Health Group will be providing a customized plan-specific report card, which Alliance member health plans can use to help with their internal planning for the coming year.

Further, each health plan’s quality and Stars leadership has the opportunity to schedule a private, Customized Plan Analysis with Gorman Health Group. This unique opportunity allows health plans to go deeper into their Stars report card and supporting data, and review suggested interventions.
