In December 2019 Alliance members and leaders of our Medicaid health plans convened in Dallas to share their top challenges and strategic goals for 2020 and beyond. Through the day-long exchange of ideas came a list of potential projects and areas of collaboration. The goal of this call is to discuss that list and prioritize areas of focus for your Alliance team. We want to develop learning, networking and collaboration opportunities for our Medicaid leaders that align with your needs in 2020. This call is open to all Alliance members -- even if you were unable to join us in December, your ideas and perspective on 2020 projects that will best support your Medicaid strategies are encouraged!

To prepare for the call, please review the list of ideas generated during the December retreat, which is under the "Documents" tab.

Executives and leaders with P&L responsibility for their Medicaid health plan
