Join your Alliance risk adjustment peer group for a value call and discussion led by Alliance member Health New England. Jess Dupont led a session at our 2020 Risk Adjustment Master Class on how Alliance member health plans approach risk adjustment staffing and organizational structures, and challenged meeting attendees to create their ideal org. structure. Jess will recap where the group discussion left off and challenge participants to weigh the pros and cons of different structures.
This is a value call and so all participants are encouraged to come prepared to share out your plan's approach on this topics. Remaining time will be used for open discussion and Q&A, so come prepared with questions for the group.
