COVID-19 has completely disrupted our 2020 risk adjustment strategies. Members are visiting their primary care physicians less and COVID-19 has also created barriers for our in-home health assessment programs. We've all had to think creatively about how we can best capture a current picture of our members' health and ensure chronic conditions are recaptured this year for accurate payment. 

This is a value call and so all participants are encouraged to come prepared to share out your plan's approach on the topic.  Remaining time will be used for open discussion and Q&A, so come prepared with questions for the group.
