Join pharmacy leaders from across the country to discuss how COVID-19 has impacted their organizations.  This is an opportunity for you to learn how your peers at other health plans are coping with the strain on their organization and to collaborate on innovative solutions to address the challenges.  The discussion will serve as a springboard for future Alliance-sponsored information sessions and relevant and timely meeting topics. Bring your pain points to the table and receive valuable input from others!  Topics to be covered will include:

Interpreting new regulations
Handling drug shortages, coverage of HCQ
Partnering/support from vendors including PBMs
Remote workforce
Projecting financial impacts
Maintaining positive relationships with providers and members

 


 

Audience

Pharmacy leaders and those involved in strategies impacting pharmacy operations.  In addition, people who oversee compliance, member services and financial aspects of pharmacy.
