Providence is calling a Program Manager-Medication Utilization, Formulary Management to Providence Murray Business Center in Beaverton, OR.


In this position you will:
Act under the direction of the Regional Director, Clinical Pharmacy Services.
Maintain responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of the Oregon Region Providence Health System Formulary (acute care, ambulatory, home and community services, and medical group) and drug therapy utilization initiatives as determined in consultation with physician leadership within the health system/plan.
Support and assist the Regional Director, Clinical Pharmacy Services, and other Providence Leadership in meeting Providence service, stewardship, quality, utilization and financial goals.
