Regional Manager, Fully Integrated Managed Care

Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) has an opportunity for a Regional Manager, Fully Integrated Managed Care, to serve as the primary management of the regional system planning for oversight of all administrative and operational services, and as the primary interface to centralized CHPW resources.

The Regional Manager will act as a liaison with the local Accountable Community of Health (ACH), the Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization (BH-ASO), and Behavioral Health Advisory Board and will ensure that all local administrative and operational services meet regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards. We are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare field, or an equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience required
• Two (2) years supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare or managed care setting preferred
• Two (2) years clinical and/or administrative experience within a health plan or managed care organization (MCO) preferred
• Two (2) years clinical and/or administrative experience within a Behavioral Health Organization (including Community Health Center (CHC), Chemical Dependency Agency, or other relevant agency) preferred
