Senior VP, Health Network

Responsible for the overall direction and coordination of medical affairs, including overseeing Medical Management, Pharmacy Services, Provider Services, Quality Improvement and Wellness; serving as principal advisor on medical affairs and continuous quality improvement functions related to delivery of care and establishment of policy; and providing input on issues related to delivery of pharmaceutical and ancillary services. Serves as Credentials Committee Chairman and provides oversight of the credentialing program. Meets with Credentialing staff to review initial and re credentialing applications prior to their review at
the Credentials Committee.

Qualifications:
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret complex from a variety of sources.
• Creative, energetic individual with strong public relations abilities; professional demeanor with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Previous discharge planning or case-management experience.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

Experience:
• Graduation from accredited medical school and be residency trained in their particular discipline.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma.
• Board certified - certification must be maintained.
• A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in direct patient care.
• Additional management training strongly recommended.
• Ability to converse and write fluently in English.
