Pharmacy Medicare Compliance Manager
Position Summary: The Health Alliance Medicare and Pharmacy Compliance Manager is responsible for understanding, researching, interpreting, communicating and answering questions on statutory, regulatory requirements, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and State guidance related to Medicare in addition to the coordination of all pharmacy compliance aspects related to all lines of business at Health Alliance, including Medicare Part D and Medicaid business. Coordinates educational and implementation on pharmacy compliance related activities. Acts as a liaison between the compliance department and internal departments and external vendors and customers on issues related to pharmacy compliance. Responsible for monitoring organizational compliance with new/revised statutory, regulatory or CMS or State guidance.
