Director of Sales & Retention

The Director of Commercial Sales and Retention is accountable to deliver budgeted new Commercial sales and membership, and retain existing Commercial membership, leading Commercial sales and retention teams to these objectives, in accordance with corporateobjectives while ensuring compliance with extensive federal and state regulations. In collaboration with the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, this position is responsible to execute on unique provider driven strategies and business tactics,which align and leverage the vertically integrated delivery system. This role maintains contemporary knowledge of industry practices within health plans, provider sponsored health plans, provider organizations, employer organizations and other disruptive organizations.This position has oversight of Commercial training, relationship building and Commercial sales distribution channels, serving Core Markets and, if an as assigned, National Markets in either a direct or supporting manner as designated. The Director will serveas the primary owner of Commercial broker and consultant relationships, broker events and the Broker Advisory Councils in Core Markets.
