Marketing Manager - Commercial

The Marketing Manager, Commercial is responsible for developing, orchestrating, and implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns to attract prospects and engage members in various clinical products, services, and experiences to help increase group health new business, close gaps, and acquire/retain customers. The manager will work closely with the Commercial Sales, Product, and the Corporate Communications & Brand teams to understand HAP’s brand, reputation, and growth goals to inform the planning and execution of innovative marketing strategies and concepts. These activities will primarily be targeted to prospective groups and members, but also may include employers, brokers, and other stakeholders and will require a unique knowledge of commercial and government marketing regulations and guidelines. The position will report to the Director of Marketing Strategy.
