Job Summary
The Digital marketing Specialist is responsible for all digital content , including postings to various social media channels. Reviewing analytics from Google and other channels to maximize marketing efforts and make changes where needed. Works directly with the Medicare Marketing & Communications Manager with details on building a digital marketing plan. Works with the Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing on generating leads through digital platforms.
Major Work Activities
Responsible for the scheduling and organizing the creation of digital content. Draft, post, and monitor posts for social media channels, including Facebook and LinkedIn. Gather ongoing metrics on social media performance from the various platforms, including Google Analytics. Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and changes in details of digital marketing as part of overall marketing plan. Use Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms to build brand awareness. Use digital advertising to drive prospects to our website or call in for information with Google ads, Gmail ads, and other available digital platforms. Aid sales department in generating leads through digital and social marketing. Work with Sr. Manager, Sales & Marketing on digital and social messaging to external agent sales force. Design digital templates for external agent use. Work with Medicare Marketing & Communications Manager on setting KPIs for all digital and social marketing channels. Meet with sales & marketing team weekly and provide input for increasing the company's digital and social footprint. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or design, or equivalent work experience
Experience
2 years experience in digital marketing with a strong background in social media marketing. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software. UX/UI design & planning experience Full understanding of all social media platforms Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education
Masters degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or design.
Experience
4 years experience in digital marketing with a strong background in social media marketing. Knowledge of web design and animation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines under pressure. Strong understanding of CMS marketing guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
