Jr. Marketing Assistant

The Junior Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to marketing activities of a healthcare company tasked with supporting the health and wellness of the local San Francisco community. Their duties include the development and updating of health insurance and healthcare information into newsletters, handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports in a clear format, and creating surveys, questionnaires, and other tools to measure marketing impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree or related experience in Public Relations, English, Communications, Business Administration/Business Communications, Marketing, and related fields an asset
Experience updating webpages
Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Mail Chimp, WordPress, etc.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Ability to follow directions and develop marketing materials as needed
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex messages
A positive attitude and ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
Chinese language and cultural experience a plus
