As a member of our marketing team, you’ll work collaboratively with designers, strategists, managers, and other internal business stakeholders to guide projects from concept to completion. Specifically, your focus will be on Medicare communications to potential members, providers, agents, and employees. Projects vary in size and scope, and you’ll have the opportunity to problem-solve and deliver effective marketing communications solutions to increase our enrollment and grow our business.
Major Work Activities
Coordinate and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the marketing communications manager. Write, edit and proofread a variety of marketing materials, including concepts and content for print and digital collateral, newsletters, web, social media, and presentations. Consult and coordinate with internal departments/stakeholders to understand and articulate needs. Assists in the creative development and collateral items including sales kits and brochures through the production Coordinate with print vendors, fulfillment houses, agencies, and promotional vendors. Review and submit all required documents to Compliance for CMS filing and maintain current document inventory. Maintain inventory of promotional materials by coordinating requirements with internal departments and vendor Track marketing project spending based on established budget. Assist marketing manager in tracking the effectiveness of campaigns. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements Minimum Qualification
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent work experience Required Experience
Three (3) or more years equivalent work experience Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience coordinating and executing marketing plans in collaboration with marketing communications manager and cross-functional team. Demonstrated proficiency in writing marketing content for a wide variety of (newsletters, press releases, brochures, web pages, videos, presentations, emails, proposals, etc) A proven track record of written communications; excellent proofreading and editing skills, relevant web and print content. Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask within a cross-functional team. Required Vaccines

Experience working with regulatory agencies or within healthcare, insurance, or financial industries. Understanding of CMS Marketing Guidelines. Experience coordinating new product launches and integrated marketing campaigns. Experience working with sales teams. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
