Technical Systems Analyst
Network Health is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst. This position collaborates with the development teams and business users to collect technical requirements, analyze business processes, data or metadata, document technical specifications, complete technical integration testing and guide others on how to test implementations. This role will be expected to be a subject matter expert in test automation, data interoperability, FHIR, and machine learning. They will act as a technical liaison between key business departments, business and quality assurance analysts, and the development team.
This position will be a subject matter expert for either the business intelligence or advanced automation TSA. Depending on SME area, this individual may be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical and business process documentation to assist the development team while following change management policies. Collaborate with the development teams to maintain data mapping and other end user documentation up to date, accurate and address errors that may arise with the data warehouse. The TSA will partner with development team for any performance and data issues which may cause remediation while providing updates to leadership on progress.
Job Responsibilities:
Fully understands the data contained within the data warehouse Works with the development team to design solutions that meet the requirements of business requests while upholding the standards and practices set forth within the architecture of Network Health’s information systems Prepares and updates business specifications, process flow diagrams and technical documentation used by the development team and creates additional requirement specifications, data mappings, and flowcharts for developers to follow Accurately translates between highly technical specifications and non-technical requirements Defines and coordinates the execution of testing procedures and develops test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process Provides end user support and training of robotic process automation Keeps current with technological advancements in robotic process automation and advises on new technologies Participates in the on-call rotation for operational support of the robotic process automations and/or enterprise data warehouse May be required to work later hours when system changes are being implemented or to assist in resolution of technical problems; required to be available for off-hours support and escalation Other duties or responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
Requires BS in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal degree work at a rate of 2 years’ experience for each year of formal degree work. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in development, systems design, technical analyst, or similar discipline required, preferably in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
