Sales Executive (Medicare)

This position is located in our Brookfield, WI office but has the ability to become a hybrid position as long as you are able to comply with Network Health’s telecommuter policies.
This position primarily performs the following duties:
-Demonstrates commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network -Health.
-Responsible to hunt for new local agents to recruit, train and motivate to sell Network Health Plans.
-Manage lead distribution and disposition documentation.
-Responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales goal through management of assigned block of agents.
-Utilize the department sales strategy in the deployment of various tactics such as broker training, recertification, face-to-face, individual and group meetings along with telephonic, and web-based resources and written communications.
-Make recommendations to management on agents plan preferred designation and contract level status.
-Responsible for ensuring compliance adherence to all CMS and Network Health guidelines for assigned agents.

-At least an associates Degree in Marketing, Business or related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
-Minimum three years experience in healthcare direct sales; Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
-Understanding of Medicare’s rules, regulations, individual product eligibility, and individual health insurance options preferred.
-An active WI Health Insurance Sales License
-The ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time. Travel will be day travel only within southeast WI.
-Pass an annual Motor Vehicle Records check
Other Soft Skills Required:
-Understanding of Medicare marketing guidelines, individual product eligibility, and individual health insurance options preferred.
-Deliver presentations that engage and educate brokers and/or members.
-Strong analytical/financial aptitude; ability to evaluate results and choose best solutions.
-Strong customer service focus with willingness to identify and resolve problems.
-Ability to build relationships with multiple influencers and adjust approach based on behavioral style.
-Understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
