Strategy and Product Lead

Our Strategy and Product Lead will work with Network Health stakeholders at different levels inside and outside the organization to oversee market research and strategic alignment while engaging stakeholders to understand, support and achieve corporate objectives and goals. The person in this role will coordinate market surveys and research, competitive intelligence and data analysis to support enterprise-wide strategic planning.
This individual leads operational product lifecycle management, project management and cross functional business teams, collaborating with leaders, staff, external agencies and provider partners. The Strategy and Product Lead must be customer and measurement focused to develop innovative solutions while managing and driving successful plans and processes across all levels of the company.
-Leads the completion of product lifecycle implementation work to support new and existing product development, management and execution in support of go-to-market plans.
-Collaborates with Network Health leaders and teams to collect competitive intelligence, analyze data and report on emerging trends.
-Collaborates with customer experience, sales, marketing, product development and other departments to better understand customer wants, needs and competitive intelligence. Assists stakeholders to conduct business analyses of proposed product changes to plan for and make improvements aligned with corporate strategies.
-Develops and coordinates market surveys and market research, including vendor coordination and oversight and the compilation and sharing of survey insights and results with stakeholders.
-Maintains oversight of projects resulting from market and customer research and product development trends.
-Works with internal departments as an advocate for the prioritization and execution of strategies, tactics and improvement plans that align with Network Health’s brand, strategic priorities and goals.
-Engages stakeholders to understand, support and achieve corporate objectives and goals by establishing meaningful measures of success. Coordinates strategic planning logistics and performance tracking.
-Partners with provider owners and internal stakeholders to create positive experiences for members/patients that support ---Network Health’s strategic tactics and goals.
-Appropriately applies all organizational and regulatory principles, procedures, requirements, regulations and policies
-Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business administration, marketing, data analysis, project management or related field
3 – 5 years of strategic planning / business development / project management experience required
Health insurance experience preferred.
Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model.
