Config Analyst (Population Health)

Network Health is seeking a Config Analyst (Population Health) to support and maintain the health management electronic documentation systems and processes used by our health management teams. This position is responsible for the support and maintenance of the health management electronic documentation system and processes implemented by the health management teams. They serve a key role in conducting and managing complex analytical projects affecting decisions, activities, and processes involving all areas of health management activities. This individual plans, coordinates and monitors the development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of health management business applications, which include Aerial and Cincom. 

This individual works as a liaison to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systems to support Network Health, plan sponsors and plan providers. This individual uses a variety of methods and tools to develop and document processes that support ongoing initiatives and ad hoc requests and dashboards. The business system specialist understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the health management teams to achieve their goals. They possess an intrinsic knowledge of the job, operational systems and conveys that knowledge to others through training, mentoring, and consultation.  They provide effective leadership, creating rapport among team members, while accomplishing the goals of the project within the expected timeline. 

Job Responsibilities:

Acts as a liaison between various departments and functional areas to ensure excellent communication, and effective and efficient uses of department, financial and vendor resources.
Manages and oversees system release notes, program updates, letter kits, data and reporting packages for the health management electronic documentation systems (Aerial and QNXT).
Collaborate with staff within Network Health, its sponsors and partners to analyze workflow and formulate complex design alternatives and recommend appropriate solutions.
Seek to understand how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental activities of the business in both current and future states, and model these interactions to guide technology strategy in order to better achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the business.
Analyze and suggest improvements within assigned areas to support strategic and operational processes.
Create and maintain process controls for internal and external data interfaces to ensure data integrity.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience with database management, system design, querying and report-writing tools
At least one year of experience in a health management related role
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare or insurance industry
