Have a question you would like to ask your peers? Post it to the discussion forum! The discussion forum is only accessible to Health Plan Alliance members so you can openly discuss your organization's challenges and best practices. Each month, more than 200 questions and answers are shared on the discussion forum.

How to get started
In your profile, opt-in to receive real-time alerts. If you are a Health Plan Alliance shareholder or partner member, you will receive an email alert when someone replies to a question you have posted and when members post or reply to a question that matches your interests. The email will come from Health Plan Alliance Member Forum (reply@healthplanalliance.info). You can then reply directly to these emails with your experience and knowledge.
Ask a question and get an immediate response
When you submit your question, you will be asked to select between one to four "areas of interest" that are related to your question. Alliance members who have those areas of interest selected in their profile and who are opted-in to receive discussion forum emails will receive your question. When someone replies to your question, you will receive an email from Health Plan Alliance Member Forum (reply@healthplanalliance.info). You can continue the conversation by replying directly to these emails.
Whether you are posting through healthplanalliance.org or replying to an email, you can attach a document to your post. These documents are also added to the Alliance resource library, accessible to Health Plan Alliance members only.
Post anonymously
Should you need to post anonymously, there is an option to do so on healthplanalliance.org. Email replies cannot be made anonymously.
Search and re-post past discussions
All past discussions are housed on healthplanalliance.org. Search past discussions to see what members have already shared or reignite an old conversation with a new update.
