Health Plan Alliance welcomes new member, Denver Health Medical Plan

IRVING, Texas, May 15, 2020 — The Health Plan Alliance is expanding its network of provider-sponsored health plans. The organization today announced that Denver Health Medical Plan, based in Denver, Colo., is now a member of the Alliance.
Denver Health Medical Plan and its sponsor, Denver Health and Hospital Authority, are a critical safety-net provider and insurer in the Denver area. They play an essential role in ensuring the health and well-being of their community. “Denver Health shares the mission and values of Alliance members, especially our focus on local relationships and commitment to beneficiaries. The Denver Medical team and their experience with social determinants and segmented consumer communications will greatly contribute to the networking and collaboration among Alliance members,” said Dennis Bolin, chief experience officer, Health Plan Alliance.
