Jack Randolph has been named the new chief executive officer of MediGold.

"Jack is a highly skilled health care executive with decades of experience in just about every aspect of the industry. He joins MediGold from The Ashley Group, a Maumee, Ohio-based benefits consulting and advisory firm for employers, where he served as principal and vice president of strategic accounts.

He previously founded Fitz-Randolph Consulting Resources, a health care resource, advisory and consulting services provider, where he served as president and CEO. Before starting his consulting practice, he served in a variety of roles over a 37-year career with Toledo-based ProMedica Health System, which has acute-care hospitals in Ohio and Michigan and post-acute care facilities in 30 states. He was most recently chief information officer, but previously led the organization’s 590,000-member Paramount Care health plan.

In his new role as MediGold CEO, Jack will be responsible for growing the health plan, diversifying the MediGold portfolio, and advancing ongoing expansion plan within the Trinity Health ministry.

A Marion, Ohio native and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Jack earned an MBA from the University of Toledo, where he later served as an adjunct professor. He also has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bowling Green State University."
