Vendor Overview

Description of Services: Moxe helps health plans acquire, harmonize, and use clinical and administrative data.

Our clinical data retrieval platform fully integrates with EMRs to ensure the data you receive can be used for payment and operations, risk adjustment, and HEDIS. Data transfers can be delivered instantly in a variety of standard or custom file formats. With cutting-edge software that automates data exchange, we provide an industry leading first-time patient match rate of over 98%.

In the other direction, we help you deliver your insights directly into the tool providers already use: their EMR. Optimized for use in risk adjustment, HEDIS, and care coordination, our bidirectional EMR integration means no more double-documenting for clinicians. As a result, health plan customers have seen a 2x improvement in the rate that clinicians act on insights shared.

Finally, we have been utilizing our healthcare interoperability assets to help health plans secure compliance with CMS’ March 2020 final rule for the 21st Century Cures Act. In particular, our infrastructure solves for the patient API and payer-to-payer data sharing requirements, which require access to clinical and administrative data in a standardized manner for members and other payers.
