What do sound data management and governance practices have to do with Interoperability? Everything! In fact, it has been said that the “first step” towards Interoperability is data governance. Despite the Interoperability ruling being a massive undertaking for Alliance member health plans, the requirements do open things up for systematically examine current practices -- take a closer look at critical data management processes -- and identify improvement opportunities.
Join us for another enlightening event as part of the Interoperability Learning Collaborative. This micro summit will serve as an intentional space where health plans can share their best practices for data governance methods and standards, data integration strategies, master data management, and quality assurance processes. These key concepts all come into play as you move toward Interoperability compliance. You will also hear from the experts who have helped organizations like yours prepare for meeting Interoperability requirements with a particular focus on solving the most challenging data governance issues along the way.
