In this webinar, we’ll discuss how health plans can improve Star Ratings by using consumer data and predictive analytics to drive targeted engagement, improved member experience, and provider collaboration. We’ll also hear firsthand from Health Alliance Medical Plans how they regained their 4-Star Rating by using this approach and partnering with Carrot Health.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to:

  • Engage members at the right time with the right message
  • Determine when a member is truly compliant with HEDIS and PDE measures and optimal modality with a given individual
  • Build out a 360-degree view of each member including product choice, demographics, socioeconomics, communication preferences, hobbies, aptitudes, clinical and non-clinical risk profiles
  • Understand a member's perception of their health plan, provider, and health outcomes by leveraging HOS data and off-cycle surveys data, along with actions you can take
