Altruista Health and Denver Health Medical Plan teamed up to respond to a corrective action plan around reporting and eventually achieved a 99 percent pass rate in an audit. Speakers from the plan will talk about optimizing ODAG outcomes with smarter reporting. They will discuss how they incorporated clinical workflows and configurations into their application, rewrote their NCQA reports, and put frequent testing to work for them. Denver Health Medical Plan will explain how self-service, when combined with comprehensive datasets, can enable health plans to monitor programs for their internal needs. Also to be revealed are the plan’s secrets of success – including documenting the rationale for every business rule. Collaboration and teamwork between the plan and Altruista were vital.
