In this exclusive, closed-door roundtable, CEOs sit down for an hour together to share how the journey “back to work” has evolved with the world's transition to life post-COVID. To kick off the sharing and discussion, top execs from four Alliance member health plans will share how they are grappling with very real and very challenging problems, from leading teams through the fallout of collective trauma and the associated mental health challenges, to mitigating the opportunities and hardships introduced by new working models, like hybrid, shared work spaces, and "work from anywhere" implications. This panel is moderated by Alliance president, Joe Lastinger.
