Social determinants of health are diversifying, growing, and changing rapidly in Medicare populations, creating a challenge to keep up. The disruption caused by SDoH is impacting health outcomes like never before, leading to significant impacts on Star Ratings.

Join engagement experts from Icario as they explore the intersection between SDoH and Stars and explore actionable strategies that engage hard-to-reach populations and ultimately boost Star Ratings.

You'll learn:

  • How to connect the dots between Stars & SDoH and the impact on Medicare Advantage (MA) populations
