WHAT WILL WE COVER DURING THIS LEARNING SESSION?
On July 12th we wrap up our 2-part Learning Cycle 1: MA product development for sell-ability and experience. Today’s session features an expert panel whose members will dig deeper into the stickiest issues we uncovered in part 1 of this learning cycle. The panel will come prepared to share their perspectives on timely issues, but we also strongly encourage the audience to come with questions and discussion prompts of their own. Take advantage of this opportunity to lean in while our line-up of experts shares their perspective, observations, and predictions regarding MA. We will focus on the following learning objectives:

  • Defining the gap between the plans that are winning in their markets and the plans that are not. What are the differentiators and how do Alliance member plans close the gap in their local markets?
  • Shopping, switching and staying: What are the most compelling products to MA members and why
  • Threading the needle between benefit design and member experience

THE CALL'S AGENDA:

11:00 AM CENTRAL: Welcome! Kick off with Jaime Gonzalez

11:05 AM CENTRAL: Lecture from Faegre Drinker and Wakely Consulting

11:50 AM CENTRAL: Q&A, Exit Survey

12:00 PM CENTRAL: Call adjourns

Intended Audience for this particular session:

Content will be of most interest to health plan leaders with responsibility for:

  • Product development and strategy
  • Sales, growth and retention for your MA and Dual-eligible population
