    Payer/Provider Collaboration: Technology as the Bridge

    Technology is increasingly at the center of payer–provider collaboration, shaping how health plans and health systems share data, streamline workflows, and align on patient care. From payer platforms to provider-facing tools, organizations are facing new decisions about which solutions to adopt, how to integrate them, and where to start. In this session, we’ll look at the current market landscape and explore how technology is becoming a critical connector between plans and providers. As part of this dialogue, we’ll focus on Epic—one of the most prominent examples of how provider technology platforms are extending into payer operations. We’ll discuss how health plans are responding to Epic’s payer products, what the “right” mix of applications looks like, and how these decisions shape long-term collaboration strategies.
