This meeting is limited to Health Plan Alliance members participating in the 2025 AI Accelerator and invited guests.

In this one-day, in-person forum, the AI Impact Accelerator cohort will be joined by software platform and application vendors to learn about their 24-month AI roadmaps, highlighting how AI will be integrated into their platforms to improve efficiency, service, and member experience. We will challenge these vendors to address the cohort’s highest-priority use cases — such as automated call routing, AI-assisted provider communications, and operational process optimization. Vendors will respond directly, outlining how their solutions can address these needs and where collaboration opportunities lie. Over lunch, participants will be able to meet in small groups or one on one with presenting vendors. The forum concludes with open discussions among attendees, sharing candid feedback and real-world experiences with vendor performance, startup partnerships, and AI deployment in health plan operations.

Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of where the market is heading, how to align vendor strategies with their priorities, and how to make smarter vendor selections based on peer insights

The Road Ahead: Key Vendors Share Roadmaps for the Next 24 Months Vendors will present/demo their products and discuss their direction for the coming 18 months This interactive session will feature case study presentations illustrating real-world applications and lessons learned. During the “How Would You Do It?” segment, a cohort member will outline a pilot project challenge, followed by responses from participating vendors on how they would approach the use case. Attendees are encouraged to stay through lunch, when we’ll facilitate one-on-one discussions between vendors and cohort members for deeper exploration and collaboration opportunities.

How Would You Do It: Vendors Share Their Insights on Cohort Use Cases Cohort members will describe an initiative or pilot use case. Vendors will have the opportunity to talk about how their products could fulfill the requirements of the use case and how the vendor would work with the plan to develop and deploy the pilot.
