Connect with fellow L&D leaders from regional and provider-sponsored health plans to share strategies, explore collaboration opportunities, and discuss how the Alliance can better support your teams.

As health plans compete for talent, learning and development (L&D) teams play a pivotal role in helping their organizations attract, grow, and retain employees. They ensure new hires understand the managed care landscape and that every team member has opportunities to strengthen their skills and advance their careers.

This roundtable brings together L&D leaders from regional and provider-sponsored health plans for an open, peer-driven discussion. Participants will introduce themselves, share what’s working in their organizations, and explore how we can learn together to build stronger, more resilient teams.

Discussion topics will include how AI is changing skill needs and workforce development, how plans are curating or creating learning content, and whether there’s interest in a group purchasing contract with Cognizant for Health Insurance 101 content.
