As EPIC implementations expand across the Health Plan Alliance membership, many plans are navigating similar opportunities and challenges—from system integration and data sharing to optimizing workflows and member engagement. Join us for our EPIC Implementation Mini User Group, a collaborative space for COOs, CIOs, and other leaders to exchange insights, discuss lessons learned, and identify areas where the Alliance can provide additional support and connection.
This initial session will focus on understanding your priorities and shaping the direction of future discussions. Whether you’re in the early stages of implementation or refining post-launch processes, your input will help guide the topics and structure of this peer group moving forward.
