Session description: 

Join your colleagues for a discussion with Brian Moody, Director of Business Improvement at Health New England and hear an update regarding Health New England's process improvement initiatives:   

  • An update on Health New England’s approach to process improvement
  • How their team is organized to create a culture of problem solving under the leadership of an Executive Steering Committee
  • Steps taken to implement an abridged version of Kaizen to scope down work efforts
  • Modifications made to HNE's "ideas program" to become a weekly problem solving session

Please come prepared to share some of the process improvement initiatives you are working on in your plan and bring your questions!  We learn the most from our peers and this is a great opportunity to dialogue with one another!
